Event here in Portland. What is abby's closet?
Abby's Closet is a non profit organization that
gives prom dresses to high school girls, free of
charge, at a yearly event in Portland. Here are
the highlights from their invite:
You are invited to select a gown from the largest
prom dress closet in Oregon.
6th Annual Abby's Closet Prom Gown Giveaway
Saturday April 10th, 2010 , 8am-5pm

The 2009 event had 1919 girls that attended,
from 129 schools in Oregon and Washington
schools. Over 4600 dresses were showcased
there. This was an increse of 500 girls from
the 2008 event.
